Chocolate Cheesecake with Blackberry Coulis

Unfortunately the cheesecake recipe does not belong to me :( but to Dom the pastry chef at Pastis.

The coulis is fairly easy to make and is as follows:

Blackberry coulis

100 g Blackberries
100 - 200 ml sugar syrup

Blend together the berries and enough of the sugar syrup to make the consistency of sauce that you desire.

Strain and serve chilled.
